Southern style brisket with beans & rice

A smokey version of a Southern classic (and by Southern we don't mean Stewart Island). Marinated beef brisket  slow braised and served on a bed of rice and red beans. Comfort food meets the wild west!

Beef brisket, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, beef stock, olive oil, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, capsicum, bay leaf, thyme, red beans , tomato paste, white rice, parsley, bacon

Dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, seeds, eggs, gluten and dairy so we cannot guarantee any of our dishes will be completely free from traces of key allergens.

Microwave (recommended): Remove lid and cover with a microwave safe lid. Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot.

Oven: Preheat oven. Remove lid and cover with an oven proof tray or foil. Place on baking tray in top of the oven.

Fan 180°C | 10-12 minutes or until piping hot
