The Christmas lunch is always the highlight of the day, but not to so much for the cook who spends most of the day running back and forth to the oven checking the spuds don’t burn.
FED. is giving all reluctant Christmas cooks the day off with its FEDSTIVE Christmas meal box.
Delivery is Wednesday 24th December. Delivery areas are Auckland, Wellington, Tauranga and Hamilton, Palmerston North.
TO FEAST WITH
Free range Canter Valley cranberry and chestnut stuffed turkey, caramelized onion, sage and lemon gravy
Westland Farm Cranberry FEDstive sauce.
Whiskey, orange and cinnamon glazed Harringtons free farmed ham
Smoked cheddar and thyme cauliflower gratin
Dukkah honey roasted vegetables with feta and crushed mint
Duck fat roasted rosemary and garlic scented potatoes
Cider spiced red cabbage with apple and smoky bacon

Chocolate cherry Christmas pudding loaf, custard
