Diced Hawkes Bay lamb shoulder slow cooked in a rich, spicy stew with potatoes, cocnut cream and raisins - perfect for a winter's night. Served with basmati rice.

Oven: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes
