Creamy risotto made using farro as an alternative to arborio rice. Served with roasted pumpkin, sage, maple syrup and just a dash of white wine. Dinner and a drink!

Oven: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes

Microwave: 2 ½ - 3 minutes on High
