This chicken breast has been given the VIP treatment.  Marinated with fresh thyme, zested lemon and capers, roasted to perfection and gently laid on a bed of creamy spinach risotto and shaved parmesan.

Microwave (recommended): Remove lid and cover. Heat for 3-4 minutes stirring halfway through, until piping hot.


Oven: Preheat oven. Remove lid and cover with a heat proof tray or foil. Heat for 20-25 minutes stirring halfway through until piping hot.

If eating from frozen, for best results defrost thoroughly first
and follow same instructions.
