No fryers remorse here, our white fish fillets are crumbed in a zesty LSA crumb and baked in the oven with lightly spiced kumara wedges and coconut creamed spinach.

Oven: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes
Microwave: 2 ½ - 3 minutes on High
