Following the government announcement today we want to reassure our feddies that FED. is an essential service and we are still delivering.
But we do have some important things to let you know!
As we are moving into a level 4 lockdown, we will be implementing contactless delivery. This means our drivers will drop your box of meals at the door and will not be able to come into contact with you.
All of our drivers will be wearing gloves and delivery vehicles will be thoroughly disinfected before and after delivery runs.
Please ensure that you are available to get your box and that you give us thorough delivery instructions so that your meals do not get lost.
As an additional health and safety precaution we are no longer be able to take back your wool cool or ice packs.
As a business we 100% support the need to protect the country from the spread of this virus whilst still ensuring that our FEDDIES have access to restaurant quality meals in their home.
