Our meals are cooked by real chefs and delivered chilled to your home ready for you to heat in the oven or microwave. The next part is easy, simply serve and eat!

We currently deliver to Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Tauranga and the surrounding suburbs of these areas on Sundays. Thursday delivery is Auckland only. Please check with us if you are not sure if we deliver to your area and we will let you know.

Cooking up goodness for every preference and dietary requirement is something we know is really important to our customers.

Please note that the ready made meals are prepared in a kitchen that sometimes contains nuts, dairy and wheat so we cannot guarantee any of our ready made meals will be completely free from traces of key allergens.

You can find all the nutritional information you need right here on our website. Once you're on our ‘On The Menu’ page, simply click on the image of the ready made meal you're interested in and head to the on the 'Nutrition' tab to see the full nutritional breakdown.

Our ready made meals are designed to be eaten within six days of receiving. Please pop them in the fridge until you are ready to chow down.

If plans change and you haven’t eaten your meal before their expiry date, fear not, most of our meals can be frozen too! Check our website to see if your meal is freezer friendly.Just look for the snowflake icon to see if your meals are suitable for freezing.

Since FED. meals have no added preservatives, they can be kept up to three months in the freezer. All our meals are made fresh by hand in small batches, so please make sure you eat within three months of the use by date on the label when freezing.

Always remember to store your FED. dishes in the freezer at -18°C but to make sure your dishes are safe to eat and taste amazing, please make sure you thaw them thoroughly in the fridge before eating.

Also, please don’t re-freeze once you have defrosted them as they won’t be safe to eat.

All our meals can be cooked in the oven or microwave. Please remove the sleeve and piece the foil to allow the steam to escape.

Always ensure your ready-made meal is piping hot and keep an eye on over-cooking as all appliances have their own personality!

YES! Aluminium foil can go in the oven or microwave. Lots of tests have been done on this by clever scientists and also by us! Please remove the sleeve and punch some holes in the clear film before heating. All our ready made meals can be cooked in the oven or microwave.
