Ingredients

Beef, carrot, onion, garlic, beef stock, red wine, tomato paste, polpa, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, potato, butter, milk, peas

    Microwave. (recommended)

    Remove lids.  Cover beef with a microwave proof lid and heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Warm mash and peas covered for 3 to 5 min for each container.

    Oven

    Pre heat oven to 180°C Remove lid from beef, peas, and mash, cover mash and peas and pop containers in the oven for 10 to 15 min until hot.
