Cottage pie with stir fried veggies

Beef cottage pie packed with autumn vegetables topped with a cheesy potato mash and served with stir fried veggies. Add a loaf of warm sourdough.

Gluten free and great for the freezer.




Beef mince, garlic, onions, carrots, swede, tomato paste, tomato polpa, beef stock, oregano, potato, milk, butter, cheese, broccoli, cauliflower

    Oven (Recommended)

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid from cottage pie and heat for 20 to 25 min. Remove lid from veggies and warm in oven for 5 to 7 min.

    Remove lid and warm cottage pie uncovered for 5 to 8 min. Remove lid from veggies and heat uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes.
