Beef rissoles with mash, carrots and peas

Chunky beef rissoles served with a buttery mash, gravy and veggies

Great for the freezer


Beef mince, bread crumbs, egg, carrot, onion, garlic, peas, potato, milk, butter, beef stock, corn flour, salt, pepper, courgettes, parsley, oregano, paprika

    Microwave. (recommended)
    Remove lids. Cover and heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Pre heat oven to 180°C degrees. Remove lid and cover witha microwave safe dish. Heat for 10-15 minutes.
