Crispy sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice

Who needs Chinese takeaway! Deep fried chicken thigh, in a sticky sweet and sour sauce served with egg fried rice and veggies.

Gluten free and dairy free 



Basmati rice, egg, cabbage, carrot, onion, peas, ginger, free range chicken thigh, soya sauce, sesame oil, tomato paste, cider vinegar, sugar, rice flour

    Microwave (recommended)
    Remove lid, cover and heat each tray of chicken in microwave for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove lid from rice, cover and heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Remove lids and heat chicken for 15 to 20 minutes until piping hot. Half way through remove lids from rice, cover and heat for approximately 10 minutes.
