A Thai classic lightened up for the Kiwi summer.

Seared beef rump on a bed of lemongrass scented cauliflower and carrot rice, dressed in an almond coconut and sesame sauce.

For best results, grab a bucket and head to the beach.

Beef rump, lemongrass, soy sauce, almonds, coconut cream, coconut chips, cauliflower, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, lime zest, sesame oil, flaky salt, cracked pepper.
