Microwave (recommended)
Remove sleeve, puncture film and heat tray for 3 to 5 minutes . Leave to sit for 30 seconds before removing film. 

Oven
Preheat to 180°C degrees. Remove sleeve and piece film, place  in the oven for  approximately  15 minutes until piping hot
