Chicken thigh marinated with lime and paprika, chargrilled, on top of Israeli cous cous with mint, feta, red onion and roasted pumpkin. Served with a tangy yoghurt tzatziki made with toasted cumin seeds, fresh mint and cucumber.

Best served cold

Oven: Remove sleeve and clear lid. Cover and heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes

Microwave (recommended if heating): Remove sleeve and clear lid. Heat for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. 

If eating from frozen, for best results defrost thoroughly first
and follow same instructions.
