Steak and cheese hotpot with a puff pastry topping, buttery peas, mustard potato mash

Pre heat oven to 180°C degrees. Remove film but cover with foil. Warm hotpot for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove film from mash, cover and heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Two minutes before end of cooking time remove foil from hotpot to allow pastry to crisp up.
Remove film and heat for 8 to 10 minutes for the hotpot. Remove film from mash and heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
