Spicy tofu with spelt and corn

Another belter of a vegetarian dish from the FED. kitchen. Spicy fried tofu served with a spelt, toasted corn and coriander salad and sesame dressing.

organic tofu, rice flour, sweetcorn, carrot, coriander, spelt, garlic, onion, sesame oil, sesame seeds, canola oil, honey, sriracha, coriander, spring onions, almonds, gluten free soy sauce

Dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, seeds, eggs, gluten and dairy so we cannot guarantee any of our dishes will be completely free from traces of key allergens.

Microwave (recommended): Remove lid and ottle. Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. Drizzle dressing over the top.

Oven: Preheat oven. Remove lid and pottle and cover with foil. Place on baking tray in top of the oven. Drizzle dressing over the top.
