Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid and pottle. Remove beef.
Heat for 10 min until potatoes are crispy and peas warm add beef back to dish and warm for a further 5 min. Add green peppercorn sauce over beef at the end.
Remove lid and pottle. Cover with a microwave safe lid. Remove beef if you like a little rarer. Warm potatoes and peas for 2 to 3 min, add beef back in and warm for another minute, pour sauce over beef at the end.
