Our plant-based tagine brings some North African flavour vibes to the range. Full of aromatic flavours such as turmeric, paprika and cinnamon and served on a bed of bulgur wheat, the Moroccan Chickpea Tagine is also a great source of protein and low in fat. Chickpeas are gently cooked in a rich tomato ragu infused with Moroccan spices and topped with fruity bulgur wheat with cranberries, mind and chopped almonds.

Oven

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Remove Sleeve, pierce film and heat for 10 to 15 minutes stirring halfway through until piping hot.

Microwave (recommended)

Remove Sleeve, pierce film. Heat for 4 to 5 minutes stirring halfway through until piping hot.
