Hearty and full of flavour this is our homage to the much loved Kiwi Shepherd’s Pie. Our version of this classic combines lentils, shitake mushrooms, carrot and celery all wrapped up in a rich tomato stew. Topped with potato and kumara coconut cream mash, this pot is brimming with lentils for an earthy boost of plant protein and fibre.
