Succulent lamb shoulder has been marinated in a blend of fiery chilli, fragrant garam masala, and vibrant turmeric before being slowly cooked to tender perfection. It's then simmered in a rich and creamy coconut and cherry tomato sauce.

Served with a trio of black, brown, and white basmati rice.
