Remove sleeve and puncture film, heat each tray of unbuttered chicken in microwave for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove sleeve from rice and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, remove sleeve and puncture film and heat chicken for 15 to 20 minutes until piping hot. Half way through remove sleeve from rice and heat for approximately 10 minutes.
