Preheat oven to 180°. Remove film and cover. Place in oven and heat the beef for 15 to 20 minutes and rice for 8 to 10 minutes.
MICROWAVE (recommended, remove seal and cover, foil can go in the microwave)
Remove film and heat the stroganoff for 6 to 8 minutes. Heat rice for 3 minutes or until piping hot.
