Our wholesome Goan curry pays homage to its South Indian origins. Garlic, ginger, turmeric, carrot, chilli and coconut are blended to create a punchy paste and teamed with tomato polpa to make the curry. This is layered with spiced chickpeas and topped with florets of chargrilled cauliflower and curry leaves.
