Korean Pork bibimbap
This is pork, Gangnam style.
Korean spiced pork mince served with steamed rice, gochujang sauce, kimchi and baby spinach.

Preheat oven to 180°C degrees. Cover and heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove lid. Place tray onto a plate and heat for 4-5 minutes.
