This is a dish on island time. Slow cooked Woodys free range pork shoulder marinated in five spice and ginger with a sweet orange kumara and coconut mash, lightly steamed broccoli finished with spring onions and a sticky soy glaze. You deserve this and you know it.

Remove sleeve and clear lid.

Oven: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes
Microwave: 2 ½ - 3 minutes on High
