This is comfort food at its best. Grass fed beef slow braised with stock, red wine, paprika and thyme teamed up with a butter cauliflower mash. One for hungry bellies and rainy days.

Pierce film and heat in microwave for 5-6 minutes, stirring half way through.

Preheat oven to 180°C

Pierce film and heat for 25-30 minutes. 

If eating from frozen, for best results defrost thoroughly first and follow same instructions.
